Product Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our company's products. The Product Manager will be responsible for creating product strategies, defining product features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Define product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to bring products to market
- Monitor and analyze product performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
- Lead the product team in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
